Broke down on the M5 and nursed my car to Northbank who were the closest. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They dropped everything to get me back on the move quickly, Seemed to know the issue before even getting in the car, and explained the problem thoroughly. Additionally they gave me a quick temporary fix and taught me what to do if it happens again. They explained what parts were needed, the costs of these parts and what to watch out for from other garages when getting the work done. Sadly I am not local to Northbank. But I cannot recommend these guys more.
